Headquartered in the beautiful community of Rancho Palos Verdes, California, SLK Learning Center, Inc. is a proven leader among South Bay academic tutoring organizations and test prep centers.
SLK is equipped with a highly qualified and experienced staff of teachers amassing decades of experience in the fields of instruction and education.
We have recently expanded to include a new tutoring facility in Torrance, California, to better serve our clients.
2010 Changes
Happy New Year! We have several exciting changes that we are implementing in 2010.
One improvement that we have made is providing parents and students with more flexibility in their choice tuition plans. This change will allow parents to choose a plan that best fits their budget and scheduling needs.
We have also spent considerable time and energy in the strengthening of our Math Division. We recently added Mr. Sterling Shota as our leading math instructor. He is great working with all ages and grade levels ranging from elementary to adults. If you are interested in learning more about our services in math, schedule a time to come and talk with Sterling.
Lastly, we have improved office hours in the Torrance location. From the beginning of February, an office administrator will be available from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm to assist you with program and policy questions, payment transactions, and enrollment needs. In the near future, we plan to continue to make ourselves more readily available for our Torrance families. From: February 2010 newsletter
